Bronchial asthma is a disease characterized by diffuse inflammation of the respiratory tract with a variety of triggers, which leads to partially or completely reversible bronchospasm. The incidence of bronchial asthma in the world ranges from 4 to 10% of the population. Asthma is one of the most common chronic diseases of childhood. Obesity is currently considered an important modifiable risk factor for asthma.
On September 17, a round table was held on the problems of bronchial asthma, where issues of the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma, clinic issues, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the disease were discussed. The round table was attended by representatives of related specialties: chief pulmonologist of the region, associate professor of the Department of Emergency Medicine Urazalina Zh.M., chief allergologist of the region Turakhanova B.S., teachers of the course of immunology associate professor Kudaibergenova N.K., assistants Kozubaeva D.B., Abdrakhmanova G.Zh., infectious disease specialist Maukayeva S.B., residents of the specialty “Allergology and Immunology adult, children’s”, interns of the GP 608 group, bachelors in the specialty “Medicine” from 5205, 5411, 5426 groups. During the round table, interesting clinical cases were presented, topical problems of bronchial asthma were analyzed.
