Debate Club "Salauat" by order to promote the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan  held traditional Republican III-tournament which will be in the Semey State Medical University. In this tournament will participate fractions from Astana and Almaty, Shymkent, Taraz, Kyzylorda, Kostanay, Karaganda, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey.
