DEAR COLLEAGUES!

S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University holds an international scientific conference “XVII Satpayev readings” for young scholars, master students, students and pupils on April 12^th-13^th 2017. 

Scholars, lecturers, school teachers, doctoral, master, bachelor students and pupils from 5^th to 11^th grade(paper is coauthored with tutor) are welcomed to participate in the conference. Within the conference framework there will be section sessions as the result of which the participants will be awarded with certificates and the winners among students and pupils will be awarded with diplomas, recognition letters and valuable prizes.

It is planned to study current issues of contemporary science's different fields at the conference according to the following sections:

Sections for pupils from 5^th to 11^th grade (paper in coauthorship with tutor).

Sections for bachelor, master and doctorate students, lecturers and school teachers

Conference languages: Kazakh, Russian, English and German.

In order to publish conference materials papers, no more than 5 pages in A4 format, typed in Microsoft Оffice Word (2003, 2007, 2010) and registration form, filled according to the given template should be sent to the indicated e-mail of responsible secretary until March 10^th 2017.

Paper and registration form should be sent in one mail and named with the paper’s author(in case of coauthorship with first surname). Research paper must match the section theme, be original, up-to-date, have scientific novelty, assumption validity, meet the spelling and punctuation rules and format requirements, indicated below.  

Requirements to the paper format:

• Prints- Times New Roman, KZ Times New Roman (12 pt); interval – one-fold, margins: top – 2,5 cm., lower – 2,5 cm., left – 3 cm., right – 2 cm., indention – 1 cm.;
•  At the top – paper title, after one interval, author’s name and surname, title,position, place of work and city in lowercase, then, after one interval – text;

•  Formulas must be done in Microsoft equation editor, images (black and white), scanned in JPEG JPG format no more than 300 pdi.
• Reference list should be put at the end of the text and typed in accordance with list’s order. References in the text are framed in square brackets with the number, which complies with the number of work if reference list. When using references, the page of source should be indicated. For example: [1, p.12].

It is important to note that all materials should be sent thoroughly edited in accordance with all aforementioned requirements. Responsible secretary has the right to reject materials, which does not meet the format requirements. Information of whether the decision to publish conference materials(paper) was positive or negative will be sent to your e-mail till March 10^th 2017 be responsible secretary.

After receiving positive decision to publish the paper in conference collection, it is necessary to pay registration fee by means of “Halyk Bank Kazakhstan”, “Eurasion Bank”. Electronic copy of the receipt should be sent to the e-mail of responsible secretary within three days. The cost of one conference collection for university lecturers, school teachers, master and doctorate students is 3000 tenge, for students – 2500 tenge, for pupils – 2000 tenge. Registration fee for participants from CIS and far abroad countries – 3000 tenge. When paying the fee, please note on the receipt “for participation in XVII Satpayev readings conference”. Registration fee is paid for each paper.

The conference collection will be given only with the presentment of receipt. Concerning the question of receiving conference collection for foreign participants, please contact the following number of organization committee.
