THE PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF
THE 15-th (ANNIVERSARY) INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
"LIFELONG LEARNING: CONTINUOUS
EDUCATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT"
15th (anniversary) international conference (hereinafter referred To-15(th)-2017) continues and develops the tradition of the previous Conferences, which were in St. Petersburg (Russia) earlier. The organizers of To-15(th)-2017 are ruled by the UNESCO's concept "Lifelong learning: continuous education for sustainable development", which, in turn, is a part of the United Nations’ “Sustainable Development Goals-2030”, especially its Goal № 4 "Development of Continuous Education" and UNESCO Action Plan-2030 for the inclusive education of equal quality and continuous education.
The international level of To-15(th)-2017 led to the expansion of its thematic focus. The organizers of the international conference believe that the task of To-15(th)-2017 will be:
1) discussion of fundamental and applied aspects of continuous education for sustainable development;
2) propaganda and experience of UNESCO main provisions practical implementation, national doctrines and pragmatic innovation in the field of continuous education;
3) enhancing international interdisciplinary and intercultural collaboration of teachers, researchers and managers (from school director to the Minister of Education) in the field of continuous education;
4) consolidation of efforts of the world countries pedagogical community for the study of General theoretical, methodological and organizational-legal issues of continuous education;
5) promoting the global and national networks offering a person lifelong education opportunity;
6) development of equal access and equal quality of basic vocational education throughout working life for all people of the world regardless of nationality, sex and educational institutions;
7) discussion of possible scenarios of continuous education development until 2030;
8) formation of To-15(th)-2017 suggestions from the conference participants to the world states’ governments, international pedagogical community and other stakeholders of continuous education.

◄ then abstract (not more than 4-5 lines);
◄ illustrations (tables, figures, etc.) should be attached as separate files to the text of the article (resolution of illustrations is at least 300 dpi, the width is not less than 140 mm – standard width of A5);
