On October 15, 2018, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Semey State Medical University, based on the Perinatal Center, held a discussion of the State of the Nation Address of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev among residents of 3 years of study, teaching staff of the department, curators and mentors of residents and doctors of the Perinatal Center.
President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev addressed the people of Kazakhstan at the Akorda residence on October 5, 2018. The message was divided into 6 blocks. During the speech, all spheres of state life were touched upon:
- GROWING INCOME OF THE POPULATION.
- INCREASE IN QUALITY OF LIFE.
- CREATING A COMFORTABLE LIVING ENVIRONMENT.
- CITIZEN-ORIENTED STATE APPARATUS
- EFFECTIVE FOREIGN POLICY.
- ENGAGEMENT OF EVERY KAZAKH CITIZEN IN TRANSFORMATION OF THE COUNTRY.
“Kazakhstan still has a lot of heights to climb. People’s trust raises our spirits and gives us strength on this path. There is nothing greater than this noble goal!”- with this words he finished the Adress. The attending doctors, teachers and residents took an active part in the discussion of the Message. They asked their questions. At the end of the discussion, each participant set for himself personal goals and objectives for the implementation of the President’s Address.
