On September 30, 2019, the SCORP COMM Standing Committee on Human Rights and Peace hosted an event on the theme: “International Day of Democracy”, where international students took an active part. The purpose of this event was to inform on the topic of democracy, its history, principles, and importance. The organizer of this event was a fourth-year student of the fourth group 4105 Ansar Nuraldinov. The hosts of this event were fourth-year students of the 4141st group Amangeldy Nazerke and Uskenbayeva Aigerim. They actively talked about the relevance of this topic and the principles of democracy. To consolidate the material, the participants were asked various questions, they very actively participated in the discussion. All participants coped with their questions perfectly. At the end of the event, the organizers conducted a survey about the event. Participants praised this event.
