SMU Students Got Acquainted with Abay Library

On September 27, 2019, students of the 105th group of the faculty of General Medicine visited Abay Library. It is obvious that the education and upbringing of the younger generation is at the highest level. One of the unique places of development of spirituality in our country is the library. After all, today librarians are spiritual, cultural, literate and very valuable, responsible world-class teachers and educators. The library is the main bridge between the reader and the book, and the librarian is undoubtedly an extension of the national values and readers of the library. The staff familiarized the students with the main sections of the library and gave them brief information.

The pearl of the rare fund of the library is the poetic composition “Iliad” of Homer. In addition, “World history” of K. Becker, ” Features of Muslim law” of B. Ternau, I. Darwin, A. Timiryazev and others. Students of the group got acquainted with the library Fund and shared the information received.
