On September 28, 2020, curators of department of histology and students of 210, 213 and 221 groups of specialty “General Medicine” in online mode discussed the Message from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan “Kazakhstan in new reality: time of actions” of September 1, 2020. For preservation social and economic stability the Head of state presented the plan of reforming in the sphere of economy, the social relations, public administration, education, ecology, digitalization, health care. The tasks in the development of the healthcare system deserve special attention: raising wages and paying incentive allowances to medical workers, the need to develop the domestic pharmaceutical industry, opening new medical facilities, revising approaches to the organization of primary medical care, and reviving transport medicine for remote regions. The President noted that the country has a deficiency of epidemiologists, infectious disease specialists, resuscitators, pulmonologists, cardiologists, so the training of doctors of these specialties is necessary. Associate Professor D.A. Temirbekov emphasized that our university provides training for doctors of these specialties.
