On October 5th and 6th, 2020, students of 2nd courses of specialty “General Medicine” for the first time passed the integrated objective structured practical examination in the remote mode with use of Zoom platform. This is one of the stages of the summative exam. On October 5th, staff of Department of histology accepted the exam in the taught subject as part of the integrated disciplines “Blood and Lymph in norm” and “Nervous System and Sensory Organs in norm,” and on the 6th of October – as part of the integrated discipline “Cardiorespiratory System in norm.” During the display of electronic micrographs, students demonstrated the ability to determine organs and their structural elements at a microscopic level. During the examination session, students should pass the second stage of the summative exam in the form of integrated testing.
