The regular meeting before the winter examination session with students of 1-5 courses of the specialty “General Medicine” was held on December 2nd, 2020, by the dean of School of Medicine Saltanat Uzbekova. Due to the epidemiological situation, the meeting was organized in an online format. It should be noted that for every course and for every student of the foreign department the meeting was held individually with the participation of the chief specialist of the office-registrar B. Rakhimzhanova, the responsible coordinator, Vice-Dean and methodist of the foreign department.
The main purpose of the meeting was to answer the students’ questions that had been appeared before starting the upcoming winter examination session.
During the meeting, the students were familiarized with the schedule and procedure for the winter examination session. Issues of student academic performance and attendance were discussed.
In addition, students were provided with information about the requirements of the university’s academic integrity during the exam, the appeal procedure and technical assistance contacts.
In general, at the meeting, students received answers to all their questions.
