A competition is being announced for participation in internships at the Summer School 2021 at the University of Milan (Italy) and the University of Utrecht (Netherlands) within the framework of the Erasmus+ grant program of the project “HARMONEE Harmonization and mutual recognition of Master’s programs in occupational health and the environment”.
The maximum number of seats is 6 candidates. The first stage is an intra-university competition with the participation of the commission. The second stage – the selected candidates will be interviewed by the host partner universities.
The main criteria for participation:
– Higher education (including a master’s degree) in the following areas: global health, public health, veterinary medicine, ecology or environmental Sciences.
– Proficiency in English
– The candidate must be a full-time teacher NAO “MUS”
– Experience of teaching and research in this area
– Motivation letter (in English) with a description of the developed module

In general, the project proposes the development and implementation of disciplinary and interdisciplinary modules in the Master’s degree program in public health in four Central Asian countries: Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬, Kazakhstan🇰🇿, Tajikistan 🇹🇯 and Uzbekistan 🇺🇿.
In addition, the changing world and global challenges show the huge role of the development of scientific personnel in the field of public health, OneHealth and environmental hygiene, including occupational hygiene and toxicology. Thus, this project is aimed at solving several regional priorities: the development of curricula, including social and behavioral sciences, agriculture and veterinary sciences, environment, mathematics and statistics.
The main goal of the project is to improve knowledge and practice in the field of public health (including environmental health, occupational health and One Health) in accordance with current needs and gaps in Central Asian countries.
