A healthy lifestyle is a category of the general concept of “lifestyle”, which includes favorable conditions for a person’s life, the level of his culture, including behavioral, and hygiene skills that allow maintaining and strengthening health, helping to prevent the development of health disorders and maintaining an optimal quality of life.
On September 28, Tugelbayeva A.M., an assistant at the Department of Propaedeutics of Children’s Diseases was held a conversation on the topic “Formation of a healthy lifestyle, physical, sexual and sanitary-hygienic education” with students of group 3223 of the “General Medicine” faculty. The conversation turned out to be productive, students asked questions, discussed important aspects of improving the quality of life. A lot of information was provided on improving the sanitary culture of the population, disease prevention. Students actively participated in the discussion and thanked the assistant of the department for providing useful information.
