On October 30, 2022, the Department of Simulation and Educational Technologies held a festive event with the involvement of students from curatorial groups dedicated to the International Day of Older Persons.

The guest of honor was a veteran of labor, a former docent of the department of obstetrics and genecology of Semey medical university Kurmangalieva Dolores Aisanovna.

The festive programme prepared by the students included greetings from their native university, teaching staff and students, a conversation with a veteran and musical numbers.

Dolores Aisanovna shared with the children her memories of choosing a profession, postgraduate studies at the Kharkov Medical Institute, working days in her native Alma Mater, and fascinating stories from her biography. Students and teachers asked their questions. The meeting was very instructive and interesting.
