Giving a way, respecting elders is an ancient tradition of the Kazakh people. Helping the elderly is a sign of every person’s kindness. In this regard, on the eve of the Day of the Elderly on September 30, 2022, the curators of the Department of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology with their students provided all the possible volunteer assistance to the elderly as a part of the Silver University program.

Associate Professor Kapanova G. K., Associate Professor Muzdubaeva Zh. E. with students of groups N4101, N4203 visited Kilina Vera Vermagenovna; Selgazina M. B., Botabaeyva A. S. with students of groups N4204, N4416 visited Smagulova Rabiga Khaliyevna; Shakhanova A. T., Kozhakhmetova D. K. with students of N4306, N4407 groups visited Mukhadshina Raushan Galievna. Pensioners were congratulated on the Day of the elderly, they were delivered various foods, including vegetables and fruits. Rabiga Khaliyevna, Vera Vermagenovna, Raushan Galievna expressed their deep gratitude to the students, shared their memories and gave parting words to future doctors. The curators of the department with the students wished the pensioners good health.
