On October 7, teachers of the Department of Public Health of «SMU» NCJSC held a motivational meeting with students of the USTUDY training center, who in the near future will become students of leading universities in our country. The USTUDY center is a preparatory training center where high school students study in additional preparation courses for the UNT.
During the meeting, topics of modern times that are very relevant among young people, the right choice of a future profession, and motivation to study medicine were discussed. Teachers in a conversation with young people revealed the possibilities and prospects of the profession of an epidemiologist, manager of a medical organization about the prospects and opportunities for engaging in scientific activities within the walls of a medical university.
As teachers of the Department of Public Health, they spoke about the Faculty of Public Health, about the specialties produced by the department. The younger generation listened, those who became interested, asked questions, showed a high interest in this meeting.
