In the autumn of 2022, we, students of the “Faculty of General Medicine” entered the military department of our university. Our cadet group number 3622 (according to the military term- squad or platoon) was formed from various groups for unified training at the military department.

We graduated from the first semester of the military department and received both theoretical and practical knowledge. The training took 3 weeks and its main goal was to learn how to report the military situation on the map, which we accordingly learned to do during our training period.

We would like to express special gratitude to Rinat Toleutaevich Mamykanov, reserve colonel, for the huge contribution of knowledge to our training during classes at the military department.

Also, a lot of work is done with us by the teaching staff represented by the head of the military department, colonel of the medical service Orynbasarov Shyngys Orazmukhametovich, lieutenant-colonel of the medical service of the reserve Smailov Nurbek Sadenovich.

And we want to express our deep gratitude to all teachers and teaching and support staff for the high-quality organization of the educational process.

Now the leadership of the military department is conducting organizational work on the recruitment of 2nd year students to study at the military department of our university, and we, students of 3622 group, invite you to enter the military department, as this provides great opportunities for employment of graduates in the future in all power structures of our state. The military department teaches not only military disciplines, but also patriotism and the need to be a patriot of your state – the Republic of Kazakhstan. We call on every citizen of Kazakhstan to be patriots of our country.
