On October 25, 1990, the Declaration on the State Sovereignty of Kazakhstan was adopted. The Declaration was defined as the primary task of consolidating the peoples living in Kazakhstan and strengthening their Commonwealth. Republic Day, which was forgotten more than 10 years ago, has returned. This year, the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at a meeting of the National Kurultai, announced the need to return this holiday. Since this year, our country has been celebrating a national holiday. October 25 is a national holiday, Republic Day!

On October 17, 2022, in honor of the significant holiday, students of foreign groups 338 gm, 339gm, 2143gm, 1435gm and students of the faculty of Dentistry 1305, 1309 and students of the Pediatrics group 1230 under the guidance of teachers of the Department of “General Subjects” of the course “Information and Communication Technologies” visited the museum “Olketanu” of Semey, where they got acquainted with relics of our history and got a good impression. By visiting the museum, students had the opportunity to learn the history of their past and to see and get acquainted with our historical values with their own eyes.
