Republic Day is a state holiday of the Republic of Kazakhstan, introduced this year and will be celebrated in Kazakhstan annually on October 25. The date of October 25 was not chosen by chance: exactly on this day in 1990 the Declaration on State Sovereignty of Kazakhstan was adopted. The Declaration proclaimed the sovereignty of Kazakhstan and declared the political and legal foundations of Kazakhstan as an independent state.

On October 18, 2022, at the Department of Simulation and Educational Technologies of SMU, NCJSC, on the eve of October 25, Republic Day, a festive event was held, in which students of the curatorial group 3621 of General Medicine, 2102 group of GM Sakhariev E., as well as students of group 1302 of Dentistry: Berikkanova N., Zaurenbekova A., Zhabai Zh., Erbolgan A.
