An important action “Health Corner” dedicated to the World Stroke Day was held on October 29, 2022. The organizer was the non-profit organization “NeuroDamu Stroke Charity Foundation”. The action was held in such cities as Astana, Almaty, Semey, Pavlodar, Shymkent, Aktobe, Atyrau.

The purpose of this event was to raise awareness of the population about the problem of stroke, prevention measures and consultation among the population about the risks of this disease.

Kapasova Elnara Ruslankyzy was responsible for the organization in the city of Semey, with the participation of resident neurologist Natalia Filippova from the University Hospital of Semey Medical University, NCJSC, as well as the local committee of the Association of Medical Students of Kazakhstan LC of KazMSA of Semey Medical University, NCJSC.
