November 18, 2022 on the basis of MSU (the office of the psychologist- pedagogical correction of Semey) The regional educational institution of the Abai region, under the leadership of the head of the Department of Pediatrics and Medical Rehabilitation named after D.M. Tusupova – Alimbayeva A.R., held a regional seminar for OPPC specialists on the topic: “Movement promotes brain play and thought work.”
We invited our resident rehabilitologists to participate in this seminar.
Neuropathologists, residents of rehabilitation specialists of 1 and 2 years of training Dauletzharova Zhaiyk and Alibek Yernar, physical therapy instructors, speech pathologists, psychologists, teachers in the field of social rehabilitation from the regions of Beskaragai district, Aksuat district, Ayagoz district and Urdzhar district took part.
Within the framework of the seminar, speakers: Abai – Kassymbek Ainur Kurmashevna, specialist of the Educational Institution of the region, Head of the MSU (Semey psychologist-pedagogical correction Office) UO of the Abai region – Yakupova Marzia Gabdullbazikovna.
The seminar began with an epigraph of a quote by writer George Bernard Shaw: If you have an apple and I have an apple, and if we exchange these apples, then you and I will have one apple each. And if you have an idea and I have an idea, and we exchange these ideas, then everyone will have two ideas.
The purpose of this seminar was to exchange experience with the specialists of the OPPC, as well as to educate specialists in the field of social rehabilitation on the nuances of medical rehabilitation. The first report was presented by a neuropathologist on the topic: Organic lesions of the central nervous system. Anatomy and physiology of the nervous system. The second part was a practical lesson.
The third report was presented by resident rehabilitologists on the topic: “Comprehensive rehabilitation of children with CP”, at the end of the report, a practical demonstration of the techniques presented in this report was carried out, namely: Kinesotherapy with CP, Kinesotaping with CP, Acupuncture with CP.
At the end of the seminar, the speakers expressed their gratitude and presented certificates of participation. In the future, close cooperation with colleagues is planned.
