On the eve of the celebration of the “Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the curators of the Department of Public Health Beisengazina M.B. and Tokesheva Sh.M. held the curatorial hour with students of the 201, 202 and 401 groups of the specialty “Public Health” at December 15, 2022.
Students of the 401 group of the specialty “PH” Madina Meiramkhan and Zhambulova Rysty have prepared video about the achievements of our republic over the years of independence. An intellectual quiz on knowledge of key and significant events in the country was held among the students. The purpose of the quiz is to promote the history and development of the country, the values of independence, ensuring a sense of belonging and personal responsibility, and the formation of a sense of patriotism.
The intellectual quiz consisted of three rounds, questions were asked about the formation of Kazakhstan’s statehood, the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, historical figures, state symbols, and the history of sovereign Kazakhstan. The students showed their knowledge and actively answered questions. According to the results of the quiz rounds, the winners were determined. Each group was awarded certificates for active participation in the festive event.
