On January 06, 2023, a seminar was held for employees of the medical hospital of the NJSC “MUS” on the topic: “Improving the communication skills of medical workers.” It is very important to observe ethical standards of behavior in daily work with patients. Therefore, special attention is paid to the ethics of business communication. The norms and rules that guide people in relations with each other are considered. What norms of behavior help in communication within the workforce. Compliance with the principles of business etiquette contributes to the creation of a working environment in the team. Useful tips are given to improve the communicative competence of medical workers.
