Teachers of the Department of Public Health Iskakova A.M. and Maratova D.M. together with curatorial groups 1301 dentistry, 202 public health carried out sanitary and educational work among schoolchildren of gymnasium No. 37 Ybrai Altynsarin.

At the meeting with schoolchildren, more attention was paid to the issues of HIV prevention and promotion of a healthy lifestyle. A significant part of the lectures was held in an interactive form, which allowed the children to ask numerous questions to students and teachers and to identify the level of awareness of the audience on HIV issues. For the dynamism of the lecture, were used handouts, statistics and short videos.

At the end of the lecture, the schoolchildren thanked the organizers of the event, commenting: «Very important and necessary information! As they say, forewarned is forearmed. Now there is an understanding of what you need to take care of your health!».
