According to the work plan of the School of a young teacher and the work plan of the Department of General Medical Practice of Semey on the Zoom platform on 21.02.2023, regular meeting of the school of a young teacher devoted to the issue of “Emotional burnout. Ways of prevention”. The listeners were introduced to the basic concepts and symptoms of emotional burnout. During the lecture, questions of the history of the study of emotional burnout were raised, which category of professions is more susceptible to emotional burnout. The ways of prevention of this symptom complex are also considered. The listeners asked questions of interest to them, to which the lecturer gave detailed answers.
