On March 9, 2023, a regular meeting of the journal club was held with students of the “Nephrology” residency program, dedicated to the International Kidney Day.

The residents presented an analysis of the annual report of the Nephrological Service of the Abai region for 2022, compiled by the head of the Department of Nephrology V.D. Oroltaevа with the active participation of students.

Residents also presented new tendency of chronic kidney disease patient’s management, discussed the standard of the nephrological service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, updated in November 2022.

At the end of the meeting the interim results of the research works of the residents, carried out under the guidance of academic mentors, were discussed.
