The Department of Stomatological disciplines and MFS organized and conducted a master class on the topic «Remineralizing therapy in the practice of a dentist».

The master class was held in two stages:

1) lecture and analysis of a clinical case;

2) carrying out professional cleaning and remineralizing therapy on patients.

The lecture was held for students of 3-6 courses of the  «SMU», NCJSC specialty “Dentistry” in the assembly hall of the «SMU», NCJSC. Lecturer Volobueva Elena Vladimirovna is a doctor awarded with the badge “Altyn Dariger”, head of the Prevention School of the International Centre For Medical Education, Almaty.

The practical part for all students and doctors of practical healthcare in Semey was organized on the basis of the educational building No. 5.

The main purpose of the master class was to inform the audience about the modern principles of primary prevention of caries, the technique of remineralizing therapy in dentistry.

The master class was held with a demonstration of the method of teeth whitening, the technique of cleaning from plaque and the results of the course conducted by a dentist of the highest category Volobuyeva E.V.

At the end of the meeting, the audience warmly thanked the lecturer for useful information, comprehensive answers to questions, handouts.  Future doctors have replenished the piggy bank of knowledge for successful application in practice.[/vc_column_text]
