On March 14, 2023, a meeting was held between the graduates of the internship of the Semey Medical University NJSC with a representative of the State Enterprise on the REM of the Kaztalovsky District Hospital of the Health Department of the West Kazakhstan Region.
Zhasulan Kadirkhanuly, Deputy Director for Quality Control of Medical Services of the State Enterprise on the REM of the “Kaztalovsky District Hospital” of the WKO, told the internship graduates about the demand for the profession, about working conditions and career prospects. Doctors are required for modernization in the Kaztalovsky inter-district hospital: therapist – 3; surgeon – 3; anesthesiologist-resuscitator – 1; pediatric anesthesiologist-resuscitator – 1; neurologist – 2; neurosurgeon – 2; cardiologist – 2; interventional cardiac surgeon – 2; radiology doctor – 2; rehabilitation specialist – 2; speech therapist – 1; defectologist – 1; angiosurgeon – 1; traumatologist – 2; neonatologist – 2; obstetrician-gynecologist – 3; pediatric surgeon – 2; vascular surgeon – 2; exercise therapy instructor -1; massage therapist – 1. Social assistance is provided: UZ lifting allowance in the amount of 2,500,000 tenge; lifting allowance for the rural quota – 380,000 tenge; provision of housing – free accommodation. In conclusion, the internship graduates exchanged contact numbers with representatives of the medical organization. Communication took place in a warm, informal atmosphere, students actively asked questions.
The meeting was organized by the Alumni Employment Department and the Medical Foundation, a school of postgraduate education.[/vc_column_text]
