On April 04, 2023, a round table was held in the SMU, NCJSC within the framework of the Erasmus+ “HARMONEE” project.    The participants of the round table were all interested parties, external stakeholders – representatives of practical healthcare: graduates of the Faculty of Public Health, heads of the Department of Epidemiological Control and the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of Supervision of the Semey City Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Department of the SEC of the East Kazakhstan Region of the Committee of the SEC of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctoral students and undergraduates in the specialty: “Management in Healthcare”, ” Medical preventive”, “Public Health”, the working group of the project “HARMONEE”.

The purpose of the round table: presentation and discussion of the results of the HARMONEE project, progress in achieving its ultimate goal.

Project objective: To improve knowledge and practice in the field of public health (including environmental health, occupational health and One Health) in accordance with current needs and gaps in Central Asian countries.

The project coordinator Z.A. Khismetova made introductory remarks, explained the essence of the project and explained the results of the project.

The welcoming speech was made by the deputy .Chairman of the Board for Academic Work Smailova Zh.K. – this project is an international and promising project for our university, wished the project participants further success.

The participants of the spring school Iskakova N., Kussainova D, Ibrayeva Zh presented modules for inclusion in the Educational program of the Master’s degree “Management in Healthcare”, ” Medical preventive”, “Public Health”.
