The state of reproductive health of children, especially adolescents, is of concern throughout the world. Harmonious growth, development and reproductive health of children and adolescents are the leading indicators of the health and social well-being of society. Publications of recent years testify to the negative trends in the growth and development of the younger generation of Kazakhstan, which can lead to significant restrictions on the implementation of reproductive and social functions in the future, and a deepening of the demographic crisis. Among the factors that determine the reproductive health of girls, gynecological morbidity, disharmony of physical development and delayed puberty are of great importance.
The foundations of reproductive health are laid in childhood and adolescence. The formation of reproductive health disorders is influenced by hereditary burden for gynecological pathology, unsatisfactory living conditions, smoking, and an unfavorable antenatal history.
