Within the framework of educational work and in order to familiarize with the main types of military equipment and weapons of the modern army of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, officers of the military department NAO “Semey Medical University” Colonel Orynbasarov Shyngys Orazmukhametovich, Lieutenant Colonel Smailov Nurbek Sadenovich with cadets of the military department on April 20 In 2023, we visited the open museum of military equipment and the Garrison House of Officers.

The open museum houses military equipment of different times: both currently in service by type (T-726, BMP-1,2), and vintage rare weapons (IS-1, MIG-21). Also in this museum there is a memorial dedicated to The Great Patriotic War, which serves as a reminder of the feat of our ancestors.

The staff of the Garrison House of Officers were pleased to show the exhibits of the museum, told about the main milestones of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The House of Officers houses the Museums of Military Glory, established in 1997, which carries out cultural, educational, methodical and leisure activities.

The garrison house of officers is designed to carry out cultural activities in order to meet the spiritual needs, education, enlightenment and organization of cultural leisure of military personnel and civilian personnel Armed Forces and their family members.

The visit helped to strengthen the knowledge gained during training at the military department, as well as spiritual, cultural development, education and instilling a careful attitude to the history of our Motherland.
