Development of basic and specific communication skills Within the framework of the project “Development of basic and specific communication skills of doctors and other employees of medical and preventive and educational medical organizations in the city of Semey”, from May 16 to May 18, 2023, the Department of General Medical Practice of Semey planned and implemented master classes. Master classes were held for medical workers of primary health care in Semey: in the State Enterprise “Polyclinic No. 1 of the mixed type in Semey”, the Municipal State Enterprise “Polyclinic No. 6 of the mixed type”, the State State Enterprise on the REM “Polyclinic No. 7 of the mixed type in Semey “.

The contingent of cadets of medical institutions was represented by general practitioners, therapists, pediatricians and paramedical personnel. Master classes were devoted to improving the skills of communicative competence in organizing preventive work with children and their parents. Communication skills were considered in the context of a current hot topic regarding safe immunization practices. The master classes were held in an interactive form with the use of discussion and discussion of various issues. Emphasis was placed on the problems that arise during preventive vaccinations for children. Practical examples demonstrated basic and specific communication skills. Discussed pressing issues of vaccination. Positive feedback was received from the seminar participants.
