Nazarbayev University, together with the International Alliance of Academic Health Centers (AAHCI), is holding the AAHCI Regional International Conference in Central Asia in 2023. The conference is attended by both local and foreign speakers from the USA, Qatar, Turkey and other regions. The conference is attended by the vice-rector for the clinic and postgraduate education of the SMU, NCJSC Duman Berikuly.
The topic of the meeting is “Academic health centers as economic engines for their communities, nation and region”. The heads of international medical centers will discuss at the meeting, which will be held on May 26 and 27, the problems facing their health systems, emphasizing the potential for cooperation on emerging issues.
