On 27.05.2023, the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology together with the Department of Infectious Diseases and Immunology in the House of Students No. 3 held a round table on the topic: “A stress-free session! Psychological and psychotherapeutic trainings. Prevention of addiction to surfactants”. Participants: 1st year students of GM, dentistry, pediatrics, curatorial groups 5108, 5106 GM, residents of 1.2 years of study. Organizers: assistants of the Departments of Psychiatry and Narcology Almagambetova A.A., Shaimardanov E.K., Maukaeva S.B. Department of Infectious Diseases and Immunology. The purpose of our meeting is to form students’ understanding of the prevention of addiction to psychoactive substances, ludomania; to relieve psycho–tension, to provide psychotherapeutic assistance to students in overcoming the psychological barrier that prevents the successful completion of the session. The exam situation, which is not easy in itself, is also complicated by the fact that usually the student taking the exam is worried, worried, worried. Strong excitement and anxiety interfere with concentration, reduce attentiveness. Psychotherapeutic trainings were conducted – how to quickly remove negativity, give yourself a positive mood here and now, get rid of negative experiences.
