On May 30, 2023, within the framework of the Silver University project, a meeting was held between the employees of the Department of Microbiology named after Professor M.M. The staff of the department conducted a training for the elderly on the topic “Respiratory gymnastics according to the Strelnikova method”. During the training, a lecture was given on the respiratory system and related diseases and their prevention. A video lesson was shown, which emphasized the importance of observing preventive measures, and most importantly, a healthy lifestyle for the elderly. The training was held in the form of games and exercises necessary for the general improvement of the body.

In general, the organized event was interesting, necessary and timely. The listeners expressed their gratitude and received answers to numerous questions of interest to them.[/vc_column_text]
