On June 4, 2023, the ceremony of performing the National Anthem and the solemn raising of the National Flag, organized by the Akimat of the Abay region, took place at the Spartak Stadium.

On this day, 31 years ago, new state symbols of Kazakhstan were approved for the first time and this day will forever remain in the history of our country.

The purpose of the event is to show special respect for our state symbols of independence and glorify our values.

In honor of the significant holiday, 1000 Semey residents, including akim of the region Abai N.T. Urankhaev, akim of the city of Semey N.T. , the players of the football club “Elimay” headed by Samat Smakov, creative groups and famous athletes performed the National Anthem of the country.

Students of NJSC “Semey Medical University” also took part in this action and contributed to the celebration of the Day of the State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan.[/vc_column_text]
