From October 2022 to June 2023, M.B. Beisengazina, a teacher of the Department of Public Health, conducted physical therapy classes with participants of the Silver University project. For each participant, a set of exercises was compiled strictly individually, taking into account diseases (diseases of the respiratory, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal system and rehabilitation of post-traumatic patients). A number of factors were taken into account in choosing the method of physical therapy: the nature and severity of the disease or injury, the stage of the pathological process, the physical and mental state of the patient, his physical fitness. After regular physical therapy sessions, patients noted a significant improvement in well-being.

The project participants showed a desire to continue physical therapy classes.
