On June 1, 2023, an event was held in honor of Children’s Day in one of the clinical bases of the department – the DRC “Toktamys”. Children were invited with their parents, who at the same time began their rehabilitation course with diseases of the neurological and traumatological profile. Employees of the Toktamys health center, together with residents and specialized doctors, organized a festive zone and a program in which the children with the best dynamics were given the national rite “Tusau Keser”.

After the event, the event continued with the Open Doors Day, in which doctors: an orthopedic traumatologist, a rehabilitation specialist, a surgeon, a pediatrician, a neonatologist, and a nutritionist held an open appointment, which could be attended by any interested parents with children. All parents received clear recommendations and directions regarding the condition of their children, they also received answers to their questions.
