On September 1 2023 the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology held a Message from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan on the topic “The economic course of a fair Kazakhstan” for 5th year students. Organizers: Head of the department, PhD, Moldagaliev T. M., Almagambetova A. A., Almekbayev A. U., Sarsembina Zh. D., Seksembayev N.Zh. participants: students of 5108 and 5103 groups, residents of the 1st and 2nd academic year.
The Head of State focused on the political reforms being carried out in the country. He noted that the formula “a strong President – an influential Parliament – an accountable government” has taken root further, important steps have been taken in the field of human rights protection, large-scale work is underway to ensure the rule of law and justice. Today, drastic changes are taking place in the global economy and the international division of labor. The technological race is gaining momentum, competition for resources is escalating everywhere. To do this, we must gradually, but boldly move to a new economic model, in the head of which there are no abstract achievements, but a real improvement in the lives of citizens” Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
Welcoming speech to the students of the 5th year of Semey Medical University was made by: Head of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology, PhD, Moldagaliev T. M., Almagambetova A. A. in their speeches they told about the economic growth of the country and about the preservation of positive dynamics in all major indicators.
