On September 23, 2023, the curatorial hour of group 3419OM with Zhanar Islamovna Smagulova took place on the topic: “The President’s Message-2023”. During the event, students familiarized themselvs with the content of the new Message, expressed their attitude and opinion to the points and tasks set by the President, and actively expressed their patriotism. A lot of important and relevant topics concerning our country and citizens were touched upon. The Head of State noted that every citizen of the country bears responsibility in building a Fair Kazakhstan: “In fact, where there is no responsibility, there will be no justice. If every person is a responsible citizen, whose words do not differ from his deeds, then justice will prevail in the country.”
