As part of professional orientation work, on 09.29.2023, the Department of Internal Diseases and Rheumatology of “Semey Medical University” NCJSC visited the secondary school No. 2 of the city of Semey named after K. Satpaev.

Future applicants met with PhD Kozhakhmetova DK, responsible for the professional orientation work of the department, and residents of the Nephrology educational program. An image video of Semey Medical University NCJSC was shown, schoolchildren were given booklets with information about educational programs implemented at Semey Medical University NCJSC, conditions for admission and study at the university. Residents shared their own experience of studying at Semey Medical University NCJSC, talked about the social life of students.

As a result of the conversation, four 11th grade pupils expressed a desire to enroll in “SMU” NCJSC; three children from 10th grade were interested in studying in «Medical Foundation».
