04.10.2023 at 15:00 NAO “Semey Medical University” held a solemn festive evening dedicated to the Day of the Elderly. The regional event was attended by veteran doctors and teachers who have made a long-term contribution to the development of science and education in the field of medicine. During the evening, the chairman of the Board – Rector of the NAO “Semey Medical University” Dyusupov Altay Akhmetkalievich congratulated the audience on the holiday. Gulmira Telmanovna Urankhayeva, Head of the Department of the OOD, congratulated the representatives of the older generation on the holiday and thanked them for the many years of work invested in the university.

The organizers of the festive event were the chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Medical University Kuttybayeva Sandugash Toleugalievna and the head of the project “Kumis University” Zhairbaeva Zhanur Kambarovna.

On the same evening, students of the curatorial group 1315 of the specialty “Dentistry” under the leadership of Zhananur Kambarovna took an oath and were initiated into volunteers and museologists of the Silver University.

At the festive event dedicated to the Day of the Elderly, a concert program was held with the participation of the Aisha Bibi ensemble from the regional House of Friendship.
