On 2nd of October , 2023, at the military department of the NCJSC “Semey Medical University”, under the guidance of a teacher, Lieutenant colonel of the medical service N.S.Smailov, an educational hour was held with students of the 4216 group dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the veteran of the Second World War, Hero of the Soviet Union, former First Minister of Defense of the independent Republic of Kazakhstan, Army General Sagadat Nurmagambetov.
During the event, students made a biography of the hero, about his unforgettable heroism, contribution to the development of the Kazakh people.
To serve the Motherland, to defend the Fatherland was a matter of honor for Sagadat Nurmagambetov. He was not only a courageous warrior, but also a creative person. Many books belong to his pen.
Currently, the personal fund of Kozakhmetuly is kept in the State Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
