On September 27, 2023, associate Professor of the Department of Public Health Tokesheva Sh.M. held a curatorial hour to discuss the Message of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan “The Economic Course of a Fair Kazakhstan”.  In his Address, the Head of State presented the main outlines of the upcoming structural economic reforms, touched upon not only the economy, politics and culture of the country, but also such an urgent problem as the availability and quality of water resources. One of the strategically important tasks set by the President is to turn Kazakhstan into an IT country, which will be facilitated by the opening of joint ventures with large foreign IT companies, as well as the training of qualified specialists.

During the discussion, students of the 301 group of the specialty “Public Health” expressed support for the initiatives of the Head of State, unanimously supporting the opinion that every citizen of the country is responsible for building a Fair Kazakhstan: “In fact, where there is no responsibility, there will never be justice. If every person is a responsible citizen, whose words do not differ from his deeds, then justice will prevail in the country.”
