As part of the annual career guidance work of the Semey Medical University NJSC, teachers of the department of physiological disciplines named after the Honored Scientist of the Republic of Kazakhstan T. A. Nazarova, Zh.O. Kulyamirova and O. V. Inozemtseva in September 2023 held a meeting with school children of 11 classes of secondary school  №. 16 named after T. Amanova and school-gymnasium  №. 6 of the city of Semey. At the meeting, they talked about the glorious history of the medical university, about 7 educational programs: “Nursing”, “Pharmacy”, “Public Health”, “Medicine”, “Dentistry”, “Pediatrics”, “MРD”, about the prospects after graduation, information is given about the preparatory department of the Medical Foundation. All information was presented to the school children  in the form of a presentation and information booklets, which were subsequently distributed to them. Many questions were asked regarding the training, to which they received comprehensive answers.     As a result of the meeting, 7  school children  of the 11th grade of secondary school №. 16 named after T. Amanov and 1  schoolboy  of the gymnasium №. 6 are ready to enter the Semey Medical University.
