On September 19, 2023 in the Policlinic 7 Semey was held a training seminar for medical staff of inpatient and outpatient levels on the topic: «Influenza and other ARVI in children». The seminar was organized organized by the “Semey city department of sanitary and epidemiological control of the department of sanitary and epidemiological control of the Abai region of the committee of sanitary and epidemiological control of the Ministry of the health of the Republic of Kazakhstan” with the participation of chief non-staff infectionist of the region Abay, Head of the Department of Pediatric Infectious Diseases NCJSC SMU Efendiyev I.M., Head of Semey city department of sanitary and epidemiological control of the department of sanitary and epidemiological control of the Abai region of the committee of sanitary and epidemiological control of the Ministry of the health of the Republic of Kazakhstan” Tlekina D.B., chief pediatrician of the region Abay Dairabaeva M.B. The seminar was attended by doctors and paramedics of the ambulance station, senior doctors, epidemiologists, doctors of polyclinics and hospitals. laboratory assistants and paramedics, senior doctors, epidemiologists of polyclinics and hospitals.

The opening speech was delivered by Speaker Efendiyev Imdat Musaevich, who focused the attention of the participants on the urgency of the problem, clinical and epidemiological features of SARS and influenza in children. The main specialist of Semey city department of sanitary and epidemiological control of the department of sanitary and epidemiological control of the Abai region of the committee of sanitary and epidemiological control of the Ministry of the health of the Republic of Kazakhstan”  Kanagatkyzy A. acquainted the trainees with the normative-legal acts on diagnosis and treatment of SARS and influenza.  Further, the head of the virological laboratory Bektasova A.O. acquainted with the rules of the withdrawal of material for virological research in SARS and influenza.
