“A healthy body is a healthy mind” – this proverb has been known to each of us since childhood. Being healthy is a natural human desire. Each person is the master of his own health, since our health largely depends on our lifestyle. An active and healthy person retains youth for a long time, continuing conscious activity, not allowing the “soul” to become lazy. In this regard, 14.10.2023 NCJSC “SMU” organized sports competitions among teachers and staff in honor of the 70th anniversary of the university. Teachers from the Department of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology also took part in the competition: Selgazina M.B., Shakhanova A.T., Kanapyanova G.B., Petrova Yu.V., Bersimbekova G.B., Kasymova M.N. The teachers called their team “Charmers”. The first round of the competition consisted of relay competitions, where teachers of the department showed activity, agility and speed. “Charmers” also showed female solidarity and strength in the second round of the tug-of-war. At the end of the sports games, active participants were awarded diplomas, and the winners were given cups and medals. In general, during the relay competitions there was an atmosphere of friendship, mutual assistance and fun. Each participant in the competition received a boost of energy.
