On October 30, 2023, at Semey Medical University, NCJSC, the teacher of the Department of Simulation and Educational Technologies Mamyrkhanova G.M., held a curatorial hour on the topic “Healthy lifestyle”, with group 3206 in the specialty of “General Medicine”.  Health is a qualitative prerequisite for the future self-realization of young people, the ability to create a family and childbearing, to difficult academic and professional work, socio-political and creative activities. In modern conditions, health ceases to be only a personal matter of a young person, as it becomes a factor in the survival of society as a whole.
