In connection with the 100th anniversary of the birth of Hero of the Soviet Union Aliya Moldagulova, on October 27, 2023, an educational hour was held at the Military Department of the Semey Medical University, organized by the senior lecturer of the Military Department, Lieutenant Colonel of the Medical Service Reserve N. Smailov.

The goal of the educational hour was to tell about the exploits of our heroine, instill love for the motherland and country in the students, teach them to distinguish between good and bad in their surroundings, cultivate good qualities, and instill in students the ability to defend their homeland, display heroism, and patriotism.

Aliya Moldagulova will forever be remembered as a young and beautiful Kazakh woman who proved herself as a brave and fearless warrior.

The feat of Aliya Moldagulova is an example of freedom-loving spirit and deep hatred for the enemy, qualities inherent to all Kazakhs – the warriors of the Steppe.

Her vibrant life is reflected in books, songs, movies, and other works of art.
