On October 30, 2023, an explanatory and preventive event on the topic of extortion, marginal youth, bullying (harassment) and gambling (tendency to gambling) was held among the students of Semey Medical University, Non-Commercial Joint-Stock Company with the participation of the senior operational officer of DIA OCOC DP regional police major Tulegenova B. K. and operational OCOC DP region Abay police captain Nurmatova A.A.

The purpose of the event is to explain and prevent among students the problems of bullying, gambling and extortion, which cause anxiety in modern society.

During the event, representatives of law enforcement agencies explained to young people that bullying other people and gambling lead to serious mistakes, and explained what to do if faced with such a situation, and shared their contact numbers.
