On October 30-31, an interuniversity subject Olympiad on the topic “Leadership and teamwork” was held at NCJSC “SMU”. Students of 3-4 years in the specialty “Public Health”, Medical University of Astana (two teams: “One Pice” and “Alash”), the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy (team “People in White”) and the NCJSC Medical Semey Medical University (team “Hippocrates”). The Olympiad program consisted of two stages. In the 1st stage, all students passed the tests. In the second stage, a team of 6 people was formed from each group. The tasks of the second stage were crossword puzzles, practical problems and creative thinking tasks on management skills.

Based on the results of the Olympiad

1st place was taken by the Alash team from Astana Medical University;

2nd place team “Hippocrates”  Semey Medical University;

3rd place team “People in White” South Kazakhstan Medical Academy. All participants were awarded certificates for participation.[/vc_column_text]
